  2. Cylindrical  Roller Bearing .

    Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings.Large load capacity, mainly bearing radial load.The friction between the rolling body and the sleeve is small and is suitable for high-speed rotation.It can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single-row cylindrical roller bearings, as well as dual-row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNU and NN, depending on whether the sleeve has side or not.The bearing is a separable structure of inner ring and outer ring.

    The inner ring and the outer ring can be used as free end bearing because the inner ring and the outer ring can move in opposite direction.One side of the inner ring and the outer ring has double baffles, and the other side of the ring has a single baffle cylinder roller bearing, which can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction.Steel sheet metal stamping cage is commonly used, or copper alloy car body frame.But some also use polyamide forming retainers.

  3. Features:

    1. The roller is in line contact with the raceway or in line contact with the downline. The radial bearing capacity is large, which is suitable for bearing heavy load and impact load.

    2. Low friction coefficient, suitable for high speed, the ultimate speed is close to deep groove ball bearing.

    3. N type and NU type can move in the axial direction, which can adapt to the change of the relative position between the axis and the shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end support.

    4. High processing requirements are required for shaft or pedestal holes. After bearing installation, the relative deviation of outer ring axis should be strictly controlled to avoid contact stress concentration.

    5. The inner or outer rings can be separated to facilitate installation and disassembly.
